We currently support Stripe. If you use a different platform, don’t hesitate to reach out. We can work to support yours.
Because we can only help you upsell businesses, we do not factor non-business users into your billing at all. Business users are those who signed up to your services with a business email, such as [email protected].
We will automatically backfill Stripe subscription data, regardless of your plan.
If you’re an enterprise customer and have an export of your product data from MixPanel or Amplitude, we can import it into CohesiveData during the personalized onboarding.
Data is stored safe and sound in the European Union.
At this time, we’re only able to provide refunds for your most recent billing cycle, as long as you haven’t tracked any users. Because we enrich all of our data for business users, this gives us limited flexibility on refunds.
